COMMON QUESTIONS/ISSUES..

  • NO TRACKING NUMBER?

    Double check the order has gon through, and it should arrive in your order confirmation email :) If not, email our team with proof of purchase and they will provide one.

  • INVALID TRACKING NUMBER?

    In the case your tracking number is not working on Aftership and you have given it sufficient time for the product to be processed our email team will be able to assist you.

  • ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY/DAMAGED?

    We apologise! Hopefully we can rectify the situation, we can offer a full refund for the product. Based on our refund policy we accept returns to our central Uk base in the Cotswolds and then on arrival send refunds/new products. This can be done through contacting our email team. We will do our best to make it a smooth, easy process.

  • ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED!

    We are very sorry to hear this. Our best hope is that it has been held up in transit and will arrive soon. To be extra sure get in touch with our team via email, with your order or trackng number and in the worst case we will just send you another product and send you a new tracking number etc. We hope
